 | Edward Mannix, Co-Founder/Loan Officer - Edward recently returned to his home town of Bloomington, IN after completing an MBA at Columbia University in New York, where he studied real estate finance and social entrepreneurship. Prior to business school, Edward spent five years in the private sector as a management consultant, international entrepreneur and venture capitalist. His career spans 10 countries on five continents, and amongst his most interesting work experiences are helping launch a telecommunications company in Mongolia, developing foreign economic policy for the Mexican Government, and working for an eco-friendly real estate developer in Seattle. In addition to his MBA, Edward earned an MA in International Policy and Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Indiana University. Edward is dedicated to building a better world through business, and he can think of no better place to start than in his home state of Indiana. |
 | Bret Eartheart, C0-Founder/Loan Officer - In addition to his valuable real estate investing experience, Bret has a rich history of social entrepreneurship and environmental activism. After studying The History of Environmentalism in North America at Prescott College, Bret started a company that sold environmentally messaged products as a fundraising mechanism for youth-focused environmental education organizations. He later founded Turtle Island Center, a retreat center that produced workshops on ecological ethics and sustainable principles. Brets dedication to universal human rights has taken him around the world to East Timor, Guatemala, Chiapas, Israel, Palestine and Iraq. One Earth Mortgage is Brets most exciting venture yet with its unlimited potential for transforming the way that the financial world does business and to provide sizable amounts of funding to nonprofit groups. Bret is an Indiana native who spent the summers of his youth developing a strong work ethic laboring on corn farms in Northwest Indiana. |
 | Janice Whittington, Loan Processor/New Employee Training - Janices 20 years of experience in mortgage financing have given her a comprehensive and dynamic background in nearly every component of the mortgage industry including originating, underwriting, processing, closing and funding loans. After graduating from Indiana University with a BA in Economics, she began her career as a head underwriter with American General Finance. Other stops along her journey have included stints as VP of Operations at Forbes Mortgage Co., Manager at Dreibelbliss Title Company, Co-Owner of JW Rentals, and Owner of Country Homes Mortgage Services, a successful mortgage company. When it comes to mortgages and figuring out the best way to get customers financed, few people have more experience or know-how than Janice. When she isnt working on mortgages she enjoys bicycling, fishing, water sports, camping and being an amazing mother to Wesley and Wyatt. |
 | Diana Davis, Loan Officer - Diana brings deep real estate knowledge and a strong track record of success to One Earth Mortgage. Before joining the company last year, she spent seven years as the Environmental Compliance and Safety Director for the Monroe County Solid Waste Management District in Indiana. Her diverse career spans roles
managing a realty investment company, a tourism company and a tree farm. Diana has a strong humanitarian ethic and has donated significant time and energy volunteering with organizations such as Parent Aid, Citizen Corp, Stonebelt, Bloomingtons Tibetan Cultural Center, and Hilltop Gardens among others. She was also the Central Florida Special Events Coordinator for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society where she created and coordinated an annual bike tour and a sailing regatta as fun and very successful fundraisers for the organization. In her spare time Diana likes to tend to her brilliant flower garden and play with her canine companions. |
